US SHIPPING
- If an item is not labeled as a preorder, it is in stock and ready for prompt shipment from our warehouse.
- CAMODOWN orders are processed within 1 business day after the order date.
- Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address.
- Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).
- Please note that we can not guarantee an order change, such as if you request an address change or cancel your order. We will try our best to complete the request. However, we cannot change your order if the package is shipped before we can complete the request. If we cannot change your order, please try to contact your carrier.
- Shipping times may increase during high-demand periods.
- Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

- Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country—we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount.
- Rates for international shipping vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
- If you refuse a shipment from CAMODOWN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the additional cost of returning the package to CAMODOWN.
